  • Custom orders require 10 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Orders under $250: Shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Orders over $250: Shipped via 2nd Day UPS or FedEx.
  • Orders over $500: Require a signature upon delivery and will be shipped via 2nd Day UPS or FedEx for added security.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking lost shipments.

Address Accuracy:
